Description of Issue

I’ve been using Roon for several years and suddenly I am no longer getting album cover art or artist portraits when I browse “Home, Genres, or TIDAL”. I do seem to get most of them from My Library. I do get the images on my iOS app.

What’s going on and how do I fix it?

Have you done basic troubleshooting such as rebooting everything from the network outward?

yes, reloaded ROON, computer reboot, nothing else running.

Also, logout out of Tidal, reboot core, log back in to Tidal & hold your breath for a few moments…

tried all these things; still not showing artist portraits or album covers. tracks pay fine. When I load Tidal by itself there is no problem.

unfortunately it sounds like a problem for @dylan

After playing with Roon offline, I lost album and artist pictures. Empty picture cache solved it

Thanks for your post. I just want to confirm if you’re having a connectivity issue, or clarifying a solution for an old thread. We’ll stand by for a few days just in case.
