Album identification problem when importing

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)
Desktop PC running Windows 10 Pro
i7-3820 | 16GB RAM | 8TB local storage for media | SSD drive for OS.
Roon 1.7 build 610 64bit

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)
Ethernet, standard ISP provided router. media is not stored on network drives.

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)
Local playback using Dragonfly RED USB DAC

Description Of Issue
Hi,

I’m having trouble importing certain folders into my library.
I have a few instances where a series of albums are recognized as the same album.
This happens every time importing.
Also tried creating a totally new install but the same problem occurs.

Is it possible to have a live support session by phone / remote control?

Hi , Thanks for your reply.

Posting a screenshot of storage and of the library album display.

The problem is a little difficult to explain.

Some albums are recognized correctly only the cover is re-used by a number of albums.

While the same album cover being used seems to be recognized as separate tracks.

Can’t see anything wrong with the album metadata. “KOMPAKT TOTAL 10”

The number of album art images is 149…

The problem only occurs when adding the folder “LABEL DISCOGS” under storage.
