I have the following problem with about 100 albums. They are not displayed as complete, even though they are complete.
Sounds to me like:
Most likely this will be down to the imbedded metadata in the two tracks that Roon has spilt out.
I’d suggest comparing those two tracks against the other 7 that have been grouped together.
If you find something correct it in the files (with a tag editor) and then get Roon to re-import the files.
If all that fails you can select the tracks in the 2 “albums” and instruct Roon to merge them.

I had already tried everything with Roon’s editing function. Unfortunately, it didn’t work.
What helped me was to move the folder from the music library to a temporary folder, then clean up the library via → Settings → Library → Library Maintenance and then import the folder again.
Unfortunately, the tracks are now missing from my playlist..
This button should actually solve the problem, but it has no effect.
After applying my workaround, the album is now complete:
By the way… if you don’t clean up the library, it won’t have any effect on the album…
So the button is still missing a few lines of script.
