Album missing in Compositions tab but visible in ARC (ref#TV1F9L)

Thanks for letting us know about the issue with the album not appearing under the Compositions tab in Roon, even though it shows up correctly in ARC.

To help us investigate further, could you please share a bit more information?

• The name of the album and the composition it belongs to
• Whether this behavior occurs with other albums or just this one
• Do you have the same Composition twice in your libary

Also, if possible, a few screenshots showing how the album appears in ARC vs. Roon would be very helpful for our investigation.

To answer your questions:

• the name of the album is “Mahler: Symphony no. 1”, the 1972 Haitink album
• the name of the composition: "Symphony No. 1 in D major (“Titan”)
• I don’t have the same Composition twice in my library as far as I can see
• I have the same problem wit Symphony 4…

The weird thing is that the thumbnail of the Composition does show the album!

And what is also strange is that in the Composition screen of the Symphony No. 1, when I click focus it shows:

When I click “Local” it changes to:

5 is the correct number of local albums in this composition, but it only shows 4 albums, as you can see in the screenshot above

Have you made any custom metadata treatment edits to this album, either in Roon (“…” → “Edit Album” dialog window) or via another metadata editor program?

Can you please upload a copy of this album for us to reproduce with the precise file?
