Description of Issue

I use Roon to play music from Qobuz. Most of the time without any problem.

I have an album Upward Spiral from Branford Marsalis Quartet which plays perfectly with the Qobuz app but not through Roon.

I tried downloading the music as well streaming it from internet without a good result.

Since it is nearly impossible to communicate with Qobuz I try to find the solutions the Roon community.

My question: does anybody recognise this problem and is there a solution?

Please explain the problem more detail, e.g., music play starts, but is interrupted, or the tracks aren’t available etc. Thanks.

Incidentally, this release (Qobuz 88.2 kHz 24 bit) plays okay in Roon.

it does not start playing. I tried both the downloaded version als well as the online version to play. Neither of the versions starts playing. When I start a song, it tries to start to play, but it stays on 0:00 and after a certain period it jumps to the next song where the same thing happens again.

Streaming fine in Qobuz Germany @ 88.2 kHz 24 bit

Thnx. It streams perfectly with the Qobuz app. No idea what’s wrong here.

I found it. By clearing the cache in my client it suddenly worked again. Thanks for the help.
