Could you kindly clarify whether you’re experiencing the issue with your local library or with streaming services?

Also, please attach a screenshot of Settings → Storage so we can take a closer look.

I only use the streaming service, I don’t have local library.

Additional information that can be helpfull to solve the problem:

  • The list of Artist in ‘My Artist’ is not my list and it differ from time to time.
  • The list of Albums in ‘My Albums’ is not mine and it differ form time to time.
  • The problem is here since af few weeks/a (two) month. I did not add any new artist and albums to my libary since the problem is showing up (hoping the problem will dissapear again ;-( )
  • Some playlist are shorter (albums and tracks are lost) and some not

Thanks for all of the information and the screenshot. It was very helpful. Here’s what I would like you to try.

  1. Log out of Qobuz in Roon
  2. Go to the Roon settings → Library page and click Clean Up Library
  3. Clean up the files shown
  4. Log back into Qobuz and let it sync.

Please let us know how this goes!

Yesssss it works again my library’s are back again!!! Thats the most important thing.

Some playlists are still not complete. If you also have a solution for that, that will be wonderfull.

Hi @Rutger_Broekman,

Are they playlists you’ve created in Qobuz, or in Roon directly? Can you be a bit more specific around the issues you’re having with them? If youre missing tracks, can you use the playlist improver button at the top of the playlist to find+replace the missing tracks?

This is because you’re using the Roon mobile app, and @daniel shared a screenshot from the Roon remote app on a Mac/Windows machine. :slightly_smiling_face:
