Description Of Issue

My Roon library is no longer includes my Qobuz albums in my library or bookmarks. Qobuz files play fine and songs are still listed in my playlists, but only local files show up in the Library and the Library Maintenance shows over 30,000 files in the Clean Up for deleted files

Hi @Adam_Orcutt,

Can you try signing out of Qobuz in Settings > Services and then sign back in? Is there any change after doing so?

Dylan,

I had tried that yesterday w/o any change. I have just relaunched Roon and it appears everything has come back into my Library and is now there as expected. A quick glance of my Library Maintenance shows only 12 songs that have been deleted and my saved albums, tracks, etc… are all appearing as expected now.

Glad to know things are working as expected again but a little disconcerting to think the last 6 months I’ve spent building up and organizing a library could disappear so easily. I’ve taken a quick look through the log file from last night/this morning and it appears that I was getting a common failed to load trackid XXXXXXX: not found and around 2am this morning

Since checking this morning everything seems to be back to normal. All in all I’d say it was an issue that lasted 2 days.

Hello @Adam_Orcutt, thanks for the update! I’m glad things are working again, please let us know if the issue returns.
