Albums appear unavailable in Roon but available in Tidal (ref#356BLO)

· Hi Roon, I am using Tidal with my Macbook air as the Roon server. Three days ago many of my albums in Roon now appear as unavailable despite the fact that they are still appearing as available if I click on Tidal in Roon. I have logged out of both Tidal and Roon and logged back in and the issue is still there. Thanks.

The album in your screenshot is a local file. Please verify your storage location is still connected and accessible in Settings → Storage.

Sorry for the double-ping - our team has requested diagnsotic logging from your RoonServer instance but the machine appears to be offline. At your convenience, can you please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader?

Hi Connor, I can’t find the library with the logs, it doesn’t show up in the finder app as per the screenshot.

We were able to obtain a fresh diagnostic report and have shared it with our development team for further investigation.

While they take a closer look, have you tried simply rebooting your Roon Server machine?

If that doesn’t help, let’s see if clearing your Roon Server cache helps:

  • Exit out of Roon/RoonServer (from the taskbar)
  • Find and open your Roon database
  • Navigate to /Library/RoonServer/Cache
  • Move the contents of the /Cache folder elsewhere, like your desktop
  • Try restarting Roon and verify if the issue still occurs
