· Hi, I'm finding quite a few albums are available in Qobuz but are showing as unavailable in Roon. I have a macbook pro as the nucleus for Roon using a virgin hub 5 as a router. I'm listening on a Honor Magic V5. Roon Arc v177 (404). Roon server version 266 (build 1658). Thanks
· Going back to my previous request #QIKMJB. Gemini told me I should clear cash and data and force stop arc. Now it's started again it's not showing any unavailable items (so far anyway). Thanks
Thank you for your post. Please first sign out and back into Qobuz and then force a sync of your account via Settings → Services → Qobuz.
Are you able to share an example of an affected album here?
Does this only affect recently released albums and tracks? It can take some time for distribution rights to trickle down to the Qobuz API from their main catalog, but usually, releases are made available via Qobuz within Roon only a few days after the Qobuz app.
