Hello Roon Support,
I’ve been experiencing a strange issue with my Roon setup. I have linked multiple streaming services, including TIDAL, Qobuz, and KKBOX.
When I like an album, I click the “+” button to add it to my music library. It appears to be successful, as I see a confirmation message. However, after some time (maybe 30 minutes or so), when I check back, the album is no longer in my library. I have repeated this process multiple times, but the issue persists.
To troubleshoot, I have reinstalled the Roon software twice, but it has not resolved the problem. Additionally, a more concerning issue happened today—I not only found that the albums I added had disappeared, but I also noticed albums that I had never added or even listened to appearing in my library.
Could you please confirm that this is not a ghostly phenomenon and help me resolve this issue? I am happy to provide screenshots if needed.
