Hello Roon Support,

I’ve been experiencing a strange issue with my Roon setup. I have linked multiple streaming services, including TIDAL, Qobuz, and KKBOX.

When I like an album, I click the “+” button to add it to my music library. It appears to be successful, as I see a confirmation message. However, after some time (maybe 30 minutes or so), when I check back, the album is no longer in my library. I have repeated this process multiple times, but the issue persists.

To troubleshoot, I have reinstalled the Roon software twice, but it has not resolved the problem. Additionally, a more concerning issue happened today—I not only found that the albums I added had disappeared, but I also noticed albums that I had never added or even listened to appearing in my library.

Could you please confirm that this is not a ghostly phenomenon and help me resolve this issue? I am happy to provide screenshots if needed.

Thanks for writing in and sharing your report! We’d be happy to help you get to the bottom of this.

A first step in troubleshooting would be to pinpoint which streaming service the issues are coming from. Which unknown albums are being added from which service?

And, do you encounter errors adding new albums from different services, or just one?

We’ll need more information around your network setup as well - do you have any active VPNs in your setup?
