Albums, etc not playing (Tracks skipped through)

Description of Issue

Roon was working fine until I attempted to add HQ Player. This wasn’t successful so I didn’t complete the setup. Next time I tried to play an album it loaded the album but when I hit play it ran through all of the tracks within milliseconds then reported “Nothing to play”. Couldn’t find anything within setup to explain this and after a few more days frustration I completely uninstalled Roon, then reinstalled it (without HQ player). Same behaviour! Can anyone explain this? Does the problem have anything to do with the failed HQ install? Has the earlier uninstall missed something (say, in Windows 11)? Is there a Windows setting that I need to edit to correct this?
