Could you please clarify exactly which albums are missing? Are they from Tidal or your local library?
We reviewed the diagnostics report from your server and noticed some network instability. To help resolve this, we recommend the following steps:
Change DNS Settings: Update the DNS address on your Roon Server machine to 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare) or 8.8.8.8(Google).
Static IP: If possible, ask your ISP to provide you with a static IP address. This can often help resolve connectivity issues, particularly if the problem involves Tidal tracks.
I don’t have Tidal anymore and now have Qobuz. The albums saved in my library are Qobuz. They are available if I play them them directly through Qobuz but unavailable on Qobuz through Roon.
Almost all the albums in my library list each track as “unavailable.” The albums are still in my library and I am unable to delete them. All the albums in my Roon library have this problem except for maybe a couple.
Is there any change in behavior if you log out and back into Qobuz via Roon Settings → Services? Can you please provide a screenshot of affected albums? We will enable diagnostics for your account.
I tried logging out and back into Qobuz, but that didn’t help. I logged out of Qobuz and then logged out of Roon. After logging back into Roon and then back into Qobuz, everything in my library is back to being available.
