This is most likely a case of Qobuz having updated the version of the album on their end and now Roon is out of sync.
Best action would be to remove that album inside of Roon (and others that show unavailable) and then add them again via Qobuz inside Roon by searching for that album, that should show the latest version.
I would also perform a library cleanup after you have removed and prior to re-adding them.
Open the Versions tab, which will display the new version of the album on Qobuz (if Qobuz have replaced the album with a new version)
Add the new version to your library.
You’re still on the page viewing the obsolete version of the album, so click the “3 dots” icon and click the “Remove from library” menu option. This removes the old version.
No need to “search for the new version” - it’s already there on the Versions tab…
You can hunt for albums that have become unavailable by using Focus in the Track browser to list all the unavailable tracks in your library (Focus > Inspector > Available and then click the “Available” button to negate it - i.e. display only the tracks that are unavailable).
This will list all the unavailable tracks. Sometimes, because of licensing changes, only some of the tracks on an album are removed by Qobuz, so click on the Album link in the listing to go to the Album page, where you can see whether the whole album has been removed, or just a subset of the tracks.
