Albums not available after disconnecting Qobuz

So my primary source of music was Qobuz.
I have added most of the albums using Qobuz as a source.

Now Qobuz is disconnected and I stayed with Tidal.
Unfortunately most of the albums are not available now and I have to manually search them and add again.

Why
?

Can you fix this?

The albums/tracks from different locations/services are all considered different versions and have metadata and file paths/locations relative to where they were added from (i.e. local storage vs Qobuz file server vs Tidal file server).

If you disconnect the service/file location you no longer have access to that file from that server/location. So, you need to add the album/tracks back into Roon from, in your case Tidal, for Tidal’s version of the track/album.

You should’ve better informed yourself before just ditching Qobuz, because using an intermediary software like Soundiz would’ve possibly saved you from the headaches.

But don’t despair, since you should be able to reanimate your old Qobuz sub for a month to do that now.

Good luck :four_leaf_clover:
