All album and artist art disappear after migration

Hi

I have migrate from my OSX to a Windows 64 bit according to the instructions. However, all the album and artist art is lost. I do not have any custom art so it is not a big issue for me to reload if necessary.

Tidal art is still there when you go into Tidal, just not in the main library.

Moving forward, to help aide in our evaluation of this behavior you are experiencing with your artwork may I very kindly ask you to please provide me with the following:

  • A brief but accurate description of your current setup using this link as guide.

  • Please provide screenshots highlighting the issue you are observing in Roon.

  • Please outline the steps you took when you migrated from your old core machine to the new one. Furthermore, did your library location change as well?
