All ARC playlists are “unavailable”

Description of Issue

All albums, artists, songs, etc play perfectly, the playlists created however, have a red “unavailable” above every song.

Do I really need to delete every one and recreate every playlist?

Ben with the support team here, thanks for writing in! I wanted to check-in on this thread for a status update.

Are these playlists with local tracks? Or were tracks added from Tidal/Qobuz? Are you attempting to play the playlist offline?

If so, it’ll only be available if it holds local tracks downloaded to your device.

With that, could you fill out the additional information around your system setup? It would be helpful for our team to get a better idea of your network environment.
