And again, suddenly all artwork disappeared again… I didn’t change anything on my network, just like last time. It all disappeared again from all devices. Last time it came back automagically after two weeks…

Are you still seeing this issue on the latest Roon release? Is there any change if you uninstall the Roon app on the iPhone and reinstall it from the App store?
Latest version, and it’s definitely my core, not the apps on iOS. But, I did manage to resolve it I think. I found this article:
switching off IPV6 on my Linksys router did the trick for now…
