All DSD files played as white noise

Description of Issue

I don’t know when this started because I travelled a lot for my job.
Today all my DSD files are played by Roon as white noise.
All PCM files play correctly, so it is only on DSD reproduction.

I checked on parameters changing something like DSD on PCM (no sound)
or decreasing max DSD frequency to DSD64 (always white noise)

I updated windows and DAC drivers with no success.

Some weeks ago everything worked perfectly but I am not able to trace versions for this bug.

Display of DAC shows correct information about file type and sampling frequency.
But when it shows DSD output is only white noise

power off the dac…remove the power and USB cable… wait a min then plug back in…see how.

Never underestimate a good hard reset…

sometimes the USB interfaces is still powered up over the PC 5V supplied so while the DAC seems to be powered off its actually not all off.
