I’m a Roon Nucleus user linked with Qobuz. Everything I’ve ever saved via my Roon app seems to be gone. It’s a blank slate?
What’s going on here?
If you are saying that just your Qobuz albums disappeared, but not your local or Tidal albums (if any), then this is a known issue on Qobuz’s servers. It’s being worked on. Your albums will return in a day or two. See:
Hi all, just wanted to provide a further update here – The underlying issue has been identified and while Qobuz works to resolve it we are helping however we can.
We discovered an issue with the communication between the Roon & Qobuz servers, leading to problems syncing Qobuz favorites.
