Thanks, again. Mac mini speakers are awful. Until this gets fixed, I may try to connect a portable bluetooth speaker to my Mac mini and then the music will at least be tolerable. Then I can listen to music and not be annoyed. But, of course, this is only a kludge and not the solution.
