All (!) Tidal albums disappear from my Roon Library, in both the phone app and the deskop app. Only the local albums (282) are shown. Tidal is still connected to Roon as a service. Clicking 'Sync' doesn't solve the problem. The missing albums still show in my library in Tidal itself.
Yesterday I corrected the problem by disconnecting Tidal from Roon (log out), then ‘Clean up Library’ (cleaning up 4883 files), then connecting Tidal to Roon again, clicking ‘Sync library now’, then restarting Roon (only syncing the library doesn’t seem to work), and the Tidal albums show up in my library.
Today the Tidal albums were gone again. But by doing the above steps, they get added to the library. What’s going on?

The Win10 PC running the Roon software is directly plugged into my TP-link Deco router which is connected to an internet modem. I experience no connection troubles.
Disconnecting from, and reconnecting to TIDAL, is the correct step. However, you should not use the Clean up library function, as this removes those releases and associated play history, tags etc. from the Roon database.
First thing I tried yesterday was disconnecting and reconnecting the Tidal service and clicking Sync. This didn’t add the albums. I don’t remember also restarting Roon during or after that.
When today the albums disappeared for the second time, I did try reconnecting and restarting the Roon software.
Still, this doesn’t explain why the albums disappeared twice now.
I cleaned the library because it was the first time after moving to a new house that I connected that pc with Roon installed, and I have a new ISP. I thought maybe it would help and couldn’t hurt to try. Also I think I found it as a ‘solution’ on this forum somewhere. But I won’t use it again then.

Thanks for reaching out to us to ask about this issue. Our record don’t show any Roon servers associated with this account. Do you use a different account to log into your server?
I think the best way to troubleshoot this issue is to take a look at the logs for your Roon server. Can you please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader? Please let us know what you named the files after you upload them. We’ll be on the look out for your response!
