All tracks in favorites in Tidal show as unavailable

As of today all the tracks I’ve added to playlists show as unavailable, except for one I added today. This behavior only occurs when accessing Tidal in Roon. When I access Tidal using the web player all tracks are available.

Hi Gary,

Try quitting your Roon (or Roon Server) core app and restarting.

Let us know if that helps.

I’d tried that previously with no change. I should have included that in my post… I had to restart anyway because of Win 7 updates. Thanks for the quick response.

You might want to clear your Tidal cache.

Might be a good time to backup your Roon database too.

I didn’t say this before and should have: I post a problem on a Saturday night and get an immediate response with a solution. I mean, who else does that but Roon? In my experience, no one. You guys are the best.

Happy I could help. Just so you know, I’m not a Roon employee, I’m a customer like you.

I do volunteer as a moderator and help other users when I can. This forum is great, with lots of people willing to help out.

Anyway, Roon support is always available, it’s just a lot of the time we beat them to it. :laughing:
