An apology is in order

I feel an apology is in order to Roon support. Since I complain about things not working properly, I feel it is appropriate to publicly acknowledge that neither Roon, nor its updates were responsible for zones intermittently disappearing.
I suspected that the problem was somehow related to a firewall blockage, even though Roon was shown to be an exemption.
I deleted Norton, and failed to reinstall with various error messages. After escalating matters to tier 2 support with Norton, Their software was properly reinstalled, and Roon works perfectly.
I only wish I had not jumped to the conclusion that the problem was with Roon…(sorry guys)
