Android app freezes Nexus 7

I have exactly the same issue with my Nexus 7 running Android 6.0.1. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, turned everything off and on. I also switched the core from ROCK to my PC which allowed me to change the screen before freezing up again. I’m quite new to all this but would like to help if I can.

Forgot to mention that my Moto G7 works fine as Roon Remote.

Hi @Malcolm_McLeod,

I’ve enabled diagnostics on your account so we can take a closer look at what’s occurring. Can you reboot the Nexus and try connecting to Roon once more and let us know? After that, a report will be generated for us and I’ll get it over to the team for analysis.
