I’ve been wanting to take roon and my entire library on the road with me. Sometimes thats 3 full days of driving. I’ve been looking at rigging a sgc and hard drive connected to my phone via hotspot, or even a dedicated WiFi in the car. I’d be able to send the tunes to the car stereo via Bluetooth from the phone but if roon gets Android Auto support that could mean a dedicated roon app that can be controlled via the car’s media touchscreen. Plus lossless transmission from the phone’s usb to the car audio system.
There isn’t a mobile version of roon so I’ve moved your post to feature requests.
