I find that when using the app on Android or iOS for audio playback the response time is very slow and frustrating to use. Works fine as a remote but as an output device it is quite poor. All other endpoints including Macbook, PCs, Chromecast Audio and Cambridge CXN are responsive. Core running on a dedicated Mac Mini with 1TB SSD.
