A proper description of your setup we’ll help diagnose your problem. What’s connect to your amp? The roon core machine? If so by what means is it connected. Makes and models will also help. Also what is it exactly you are trying to achieve.

All worked perfectly until the problems last weekend, because of which I mucked about with the settings!

Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.
Can you elaborate a bit on what settings you changed?
Are you able to play okay to other endpoints?
Can you share a screenshot of device setup for the endpoint you’re trying to use?
