Another "Poor Connection" issue with RoonArc

Hello

With no changes at all on my equipment and connectivity now I have the “Poor Connection” message.

A weird message as I can navigate on my library and select the records on, but when playing there is the message for every track I select.

Tidal has no issues for playback.

Unlucky me as I am leaving almost 1 month on Tuesday for Holidays and I was planning an intense RoonArc usage.

Any advice to solve it in a quick way?

Thank you

I have been reading and I can see that, as many cases, it is an intermitent behaviour.

After a while has been able to work with my stored files.

thank you for your support

The current best advice is that, when this happens, quit and restart ARC once your cellular connection is strong again.

Hi @Jose_Alconchel,

Unless ARC has lost authentication to Roon’s servers or the ROCK has gone offline, the “poor connection” message is accurate. Do you eventually see a green light in the Settings page next to RoonServer in ARC?

If you’re relying on UPnP autoconfiguration in Roon Settings → ARC, then the router might re-assign the port after a certain amount of time or a restart. A manual port forwarding rule will be more stable over long periods.

Please let us know if this message reaches you before you depart, as we’re available to assist with urgency. Thanks!

Now it seems to work, this is all I can say. I have been using RoonArc since the very beginning and (lucky me) was very easy to make it work.

Btw this is using Arc on another country  thank you for your interest in my performance
