Description of Issue

My server required a factory reinstall of Roon. I also reinstalled Room on my Android tablet for remote control. Playlists are gone. Any way to retrieve?

Restore a recent backup?

That’s great, but I see no history, no playlists, except the Welcome to Qobuz playlist. Under History, it says You Haven’t Played anything yet. ROON backups are empty. My own fault, I guess.

Too late now, but in the future always have backups, preferably in more than one place (disk) and going back several months in case of database corruption that goes undetected for a while (which shouldn’t happen but does)
