Team Roon very thoughtfully looked into my issue, replicated it, put a ticket in. Acknowledged bug. Since then I’ve sent a number of messages asking for any insight which have gone unanswered. I’m not looking to point fingers at individuals, but I want to know if this is a “yes we’re actually going to do something about it at some point and it’s on a real actual backlog like we implied” or “yeah, you’re one guy who asked for this, so no, we are never actually going to get to this”. Because if it’s the second, I’ll probably stop using HQPlayer on my main rig, which would suck, I’d be unhappy, @jussi_laako would probably be somewhat disappointed (though he already has my money to be fair, and he makes a great product), and the world would be worse off in one small way.
Thanks for any insight, and advice from anyone who has had a similar issue and managed to work it through once acknowledged? I don’t want to be annoying, but I also know that “the squeaky wheel” and all that.
