This is apparently part of the current cloud issues - note the big blue banner on top of the forum. Roon Labs is aware.
Yes, I’m also seeing that. The team is working on that as well.
Thank you, sir.
Same here, ARC Test fails but Roon ARC still functions fine with Apple CarPlay.
Latest update for me caused memory usage to double to almost 16gb.
That’s probably a different problem than the current cloud issues that’s predominantly being discussed here, and I’d suggest opening a support ticket. Click here → Support and then Get Help. Support will be able to take a look at your logs.
At 16:38 EST things are improving - pages are now starting to completely load. Fingers crossed.
Yeah the ARC 526 error disappeared for me on one try, but on the next try 5 seconds later it was back ![]()
… and now a few minutes later the error is gone again.
… and back again, but now at 22:56 CET my home page loaded immediately and is complete, same for artist details in Overview.
Home page is loading faster then I’ve seen it in a while. Cycled IPAD and Windows remotes several times and each time it only took a few seconds.
Same, about 2 seconds until Home is loaded and complete
Everything is working normally for me!! Very nice, and timely, work!
No change here (UK) at 23:15, so I’m guessing changes will take a little while longer to roll out across regions.
Mike is in the US, I am in Germany, so I hope the UK will be included soon.
Looking good now. ARC error still present.
It’s definitely much better now than it was a while ago.
At 23:30 the Homepage is populated in under 10 seconds
Seems long to me, it was never that long on my ROCK (unless there were load time issues, which started already a week ago), and as mentioned it’s now about 2 secs for me.
No improvement here yet (eastern US).![]()
Back to 100% here in the Southwest! Snappy, complete home page loads in seconds. Thanks for the speedy recovery R&D!
New releases now down to 4-6 seconds (maybe 3-5 seconds)
It’s never been 2 seconds for me in the UK
Huge improvement over earlier and feels back to normal
Now it seems to be back to normal. We’ll see if it holds this time.![]()
