I noticed that in the last two update topics you did not provide download links to apk’s anymore. That is a problem for me because I don’t use Google Play and therefore I need an apk to install the EarlyAccess app.
Is it possible to provide the links to apk’s again in future announcements?

Same here.. I don’t know what manner of extreme pressure was being placed on the servers by offering download links in the topic, but, I don’t care for the change.
Roon Arc has, in all my years of early access, neither updated automatically for me, nor has it ever updated correctly in the Google Play store.
I relied on those .apk links to keep my install as up to date and as secure as possible.
As it stands now, if I click the link Roon has provided on the downloads page, it just sends me to the Google Play store, which will not update my install.
If you install from an APK, the Play Store won’t update it anymore because it honors your APK and won’t overwrite it. To return to store updates, you have to uninstall the APK and do a fresh install from the store.
Nevertheless, there should be APK links in the announcements
I’m in the same position in not using the google playstore, if possible please add the APK links.
Possible Workaround: Find older early access release notes and use the apk links from there.
I did this for the last early access release. I have not tested it yet with this release. At least in the recent past, the apk links are static so as long as the apk itself is updated behind the scenes, the links in any fairly recent release notes should work.

Yes, I discovered that too. But I think of that as being a workaround. Would be better to have the links in the new announcements again.
