Have they rebooted everything?

Hi @Paolo_J_Ricci — Are you able to reach the Nucleus Web Administration Interface?

I had the same problem this morning. App couldn’t find Core on Nucleus. Checked everything. Deleted the Roon app from iPad, then downloaded it from App Store. Works find now. 30 second fix for me.

I have a remote app on two iPads – a regular and a mini. Had to remove and reinstall on both.
