I think the next step here is to enable some diagnostics on your account so our technical staff can get some more insight into what’s going on here.
However, before I enable this feature, I’d like to ask for your help ensuring we gather the right information.
First, can you please reproduce the issue once more and note the time at which the error occurs. Then respond here with that time, and I’ll make sure we review the diagnostics related to that timestamp.
Right now it seems its working but this morning wasn’t
I don’t know if you can look back but this morning from 10:30 to 11:00 am CET you could see several crashes over celullar with library, downloaded and tidal content
When I came back home at around 12:00pm CET you can see same behaviour over wifi
But right now (from 16:15pm) its working over 5g and wifi
I’ll report back with a time stamp if the issue returns
I’m glad to read that ARC is performing well right now.
I checked your logs from around when you were having trouble today. I’m seeing a bunch of timeouts when ARC was trying to reach our servers. Were you having any other internet issues when this happened?
