App remains on login page after account selection (ref#Y58GPE)

What’s happening?

Everytime I try to log in , after I select my account. The app is still in log in page

The carrier is China Telecom. Router is Rog AC888

Does the issue happen from multiple Roon remotes or just one? Are you using Google/Cloudflare DNS service?
