Apple Watch support - Roon App

I am using Roon now. It has been great. It is stable. And easy to use. Before this I was using LMS. For LMS, I can use ipeng on apple watch to control music playback. No additional hardware is needed. No subscription. Coming from that background, I am surprised that Roon does not have an Apple Watch app to control Roon. I find it a bit unacceptable for something so simple and crucial to be overlooked. I know there is roowatch but I dun use it as it incurs additional hardware and software and costs on top of Roon. Roo suite of solution as a Roon extension is powerful and power users can use it. Roon should have offered a control app for apple watch for users who just wished to control Roon. Such obvious omission stops me from committing fully to Roon, as I am not sure about Roon’s approach and commitment to user friendliness. Just thought to share my thoughts here.

Thank you. Actually my problem is solved. I turned on an option in Roon setting to enable roon control in iphone lock screen. When roon is playing, now I can see the song I am playing, pause/play, skip songs on my iphone lock screen. As part of that, the ability to see the song I am playing, pause/play, skip songs now appears on my apple watch as part of apple watch function. Finally! And this is all I need. It is already provided by apple as part of their OS. I had not known to enable the setting in roon. It should have been turned on by default. As it is that way for other music playing apps.
