Applying delay to mains for proper audio sync (ref#NYMLUW)

Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· None of the above quite fits

None of the above quite fits

· None of these quite match

Tell us what's going on

· I need to apply some delay to my 'mains' - as they are located closer to my ears than my subs. How do I do this?

Tell us about your home network

· Not relevant.

Are you running Roon through some type of A/V receiver?
How did you add delay before using Roon?

No, Roon Convolution is running on a PC - which outputs to 3x USB DACs, which then feed 6x power amp channels.

Before, I was using a miniDSP unit to create the XOs; this has the facility to apply delay.

Thank you again, Sk.

Unfortunately, I can’t seem to find how to get to the screen you show.

When I click on the ‘System Output’ icon, down the bottom right corner of the main Roon screen, I get a 4-choice option. When I select ‘MUSE’ - I get a completely different screen to yours:

???

You need to click the Add Filter button, bottom left

Thank you, Sd.

All done!

Not sure that I can actually hear any difference … but at least I know the mains are now time-aligned with the subs!
