Multiple posts, multiple tickets, still not fixed, and it’s frustrating. Please, can we finally fix this?

Yah - totally agree. A lot of work is required for Arc Offline mode. Album art is often missing, adding tags to music starts to significanty slow down after a few tags are added, sometimes the downloaded music is not there. Micro SD cards on DAPs should be able to hold music that can play on Arc while offline. Lots of work required here.

for me this has been an issue since the beginning of Arc, ie nearly 4 ? years that this truly basic aspect of offline artwork functionality hasn’t worked properly. Spotify manages to do this, but not Arc.
