ARC always show Syncing

I setup only Roon Server on this Laptop.

Description of Issue

Roon Server show ARC’s status is Ready
But ARC on Mobile App never start, it just show “syncing…”

Ben here with the support team, thanks for taking the time to write in! Sorry to hear you’re having issues getting Arc set up and running. Are you still experiencing this issue?

If so, does the normal Roon Remote app work on your mobile device? Could you please provide the specific device you are attempting to use with Arc?

Lastly, could you please test out disabling your local library, and trying to sync afterward?
