When scrolling through Apple Music in CarPlay, when you scroll quickly, an overlay comes up allowing you to scroll by letter to jump to a place in your library.
Roon ARC doesn’t do this, requiring endless scrolling through a list of artists or albums.
Would be very helpful to replicate the Apple Music UI to solve this issue.
This is in an Audi A4, which uses a scroll knob command rather than touch screen.

ARC does allow this, in the same manner as any iOS app.
If you start scrolling in ARC, you will see a scrollbar on the right. Use your right thumb and deliberately hold down on it and start scrolling. You will see the letter overlays in the user interface as you scroll…
Yes, it allows it in the app.
It doesn’t do so in CarPlay.
My bad, when I read your first post, I read “ARC in CarPlay” and not “Apple Music in CarPlay”.
