ARC and connecting to Plusnet router UK

I have changed my wifi router and can no longwr access ARC remotely. I receive the wrror message pasted below
The UPnP configuration is set to On.
I do not have sufficient knowledge to go any further with trying to rectify the issue.
Are you able to assist please?

I Ian, just to be clear it was working with the old router and is not with the new one. What is the model of the new router and did you change your ISP?

It changed from a Sky router to a Plusnet Hub Two.
Did I change the ISP address…not consciously.

Not the address, the Internet Provider. I PlusNet are two different companies.

Try setting up the Port Forwarding manually instead of using Upnp and see if that makes a difference.
