I am an Android user and installed ARC on moto razr 40 ultra, on iPad mini 6, on Hiby R4 dap but with my Main phone moto razr 50 ultra I can't Open the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled app and cleared cache But with THAT phone the app instalas but never I can SEE interface

  • What Android version is running on your Moto Razr 50 Ultra?
  • Does any screen flash or error appear before it silently closes?
  • Are there any app crash logs in: Settings > About phone > Developer options > Take bug report or Settings > Apps > Roon ARC > App info > Storage & cache > View usage?
Some Moto Razr 50 Ultra users have reported issues with apps using WebView or high DPI scaling. Let’s test both:

Option A: Force Android System WebView update

  1. Go to Play Store
  2. Search for Android System WebView
  3. Update it (even if it seems up-to-date)
Then reboot your phone and try launching ARC again.

Option B: Disable “Force desktop mode” (if enabled)

  1. Open Settings > Developer options
  2. Scroll to Force desktop mode – make sure it's disabled

Are you still experiencing launch failures with ARC on the Razr 50? If so, how recently after you’ve opened the flip screen are you attempting to open ARC? As mentioned above, the team is investigating reports of display state change/app lifecycle problems on certain Android flip phones phones. Changing the battery settings per my colleague’s post above might also have an effect and possibly provide a workaround. The team is reproducing this internally and we’ll have further information from development shortly as the investigation progresses. We wanted to check in here to see if you were still encountering symptoms.

Please also try installing the APK instead of the Play Store version of the app: https://download.roonlabs.net/builds/RoonARC.apk

My phone is Moto Razr 50 ultra My Android is Android 15 V2UX35.47-37-3 con el último parche de mayo 2025. Es lo más actualizado a 3 de julio 2025. Cuando abro ARC la pantalla está toda gris oscuro, no sale ningún texto

Acabo de instalar el apk y se soluciono el problema
