FWIW, I haven’t seen this for a while now, certainly not since wiping and reconnecting ARC.
No, I’m not seeing this anymore, at least right now and now that I think of it haven’t noticed in a while. I did do some checking both on ARC and in the regular remote, both look good.
Edit: I realize now that I rebooted the ROCK shortly before checking, so it probably might not mean much
I don’t use ARC a lot, but no, at the moment it is not happening for me with 1.0.57 build 100300 (Server build 1462).
I think this is a database issue and not ARC. Been getting duplicate in Roon for months. But they never show up in ARC, but then you can’t really focus in the same way which seems to be the trigger.
FWIW, my gut feeling, based on my previous ARC issues, is that the ARC issue and Roon issue are different and that the former is more likely caused by ARC cache corruption. But I’m just guessing…I’ll leave it to the developers!
Yes I still have the duplicate albums in my Roon Arc…
It used to show up in my ARC album totals though.
However, this problem hasn’t occurred for me in the last couple of weeks. Not sure why.
I did a reset today on Roon Server Rock, and as always albums now are all ok. Keep an eye on it coming days…
Seems to have been solved. After server reset no duplicates anymore in albums
Hi @benjamin, after a couple of months it is happening again: double albums in the album overview of Arc. A screenshot of today:
@benjamin - it’s now back for me too. B334. Are we assuming this is the ARC cache corrupted…again? Has there been any progress on identifying the issue, or is it the case that several issues might cause the same outcome?
