Is this a standard delay? I went back to the update via play store after almost a year of apk, so I don’t know if these timings are normal.
The Roon Remote update was immediately available yesterday

Since Car Play / Android Auto integration ARC’s Play store review takes ~2 days. I’ve just released the build that the store reviewed.
