We’ve split your post into a dedicated topic since ARC troubleshooting issues are specific to the internet provider and router settings of each user.

We’ll need to know the following to proceed:

  1. Who is your internet service provider?

  2. How many routers are in your network, and how have you connected RoonServer to the internet (what hardware is involved in the network path)?
