Description of Issue
It seems that Roon Arc has not been configured yet for use with apps like Strava. When a Strava announcement happens with other music services playing, the music continues to play with the volume dipped during the announcement. With Arc when a Strava announcement happens the music playback stops completely then resumes once the Strava announcement is finished.
