Describe the issue

Changing nothing on my network or roon, I have moved over from Android to iPhone 15 pro, iOS 18.5. Arc Connection status green for both cloud and server. Arc may work for 1 or 2 songs then says "poor connection". Roon says server is configured Arc is accessible. I use tailscale and it is connected.

Hi @Paul_Klebek,

Thanks for reaching out to ask us about this issue. I think the next step here is to enable some diagnostics on your account so our technical staff can get some more insight into what’s going on here.

However, before I enable this feature, I’d like to ask for your help ensuring we gather the right information.

First, can you please reproduce the issue once more and note the time at which the error occurs. Then respond here with that time, and I’ll make sure we review the diagnostics related to that timestamp.

Error reproduced. June 10 @ 12:25 eastern time. 3 out of 4 bars 5g connection.

Error reproduced @ 12:45. But was able to download the song and listen

Hi @Paul_Klebek,

Thanks for sending over the timestamps. We were able to see some connection interruptions in your logs. Just to help us narrow things down—are you seeing this issue with both streamed content and local content, or just one of the two?

I’m pretty sure qobuz streaming works. Downloading music for off line works. Streaming music from my nas does not work over cellular. Everything works when I am on WiFi on my home network

Confirmed that ARC is solid over wifi outside of the home network. ARC always returns “poor connection” when operating over cellular.
