What’s happening?

· I'm having trouble with Roon ARC

What best describes your issue with ARC

Describe the issue

I am able to connect ARC to the Roon server and cloud but only if I take Roon Core off the “Client List to use VPN function” of my Deco XE75 mesh router. Is this a safe way to configure ARC? Thank you.

Describe your network setup

Deco XE75 mesh router using NordVPN. ROCK is hard wired to a network switch.

Hi @Calvin_Blasco,
Roon does not officially support using VPNs with the Roon server. However other users in tinkering may be able to help you make this work. I’ll move this post to that category for you.
