Describe the issue

Hello, after installing the Nuleus One server, Arc connected remotely immediately, and after transferring my backups from my PC to the Nucleus server, it is no longer possible to connect remotely. I have the following message: {
"ipv4_connectivity": {"status":"NetworkError","status_code":503,"error":""},
"external_ip": {"actual_external_ip":"167.aaa.bbb.ccc","actual_external_ipv6":"null","router_external_ip":"null"},
"natpmp_autoconfig": {"server_ip":"192.168.1.1","found_natpmp":true},
"upnp_autoconfig": {"server_ip":"192.168.1.1","found_upnp":true,"error":"s:ClientUPnPError718ConflictInMappingEntry"}
}

Describe your network setup

Coaxial internet modem, Routeur ASUS RT-AC1900P, serveur Nucleus One

Your roon server shouldn’t be 192.168.1.1, that should be your router. Did you set a static IP?

You might try resetting the One’s network setting. You can follow directions below to reset network settings on it.

Hello @Mario_Langlois ,

That IP address of 192.168.1.1 is indeed your router, it is strange that it shows up in your Roon settings. I suggest to check the Web UI to ensure that you have set DHCP and not static IP as @Rugby suggested.

Hello

By retrying ARC Port Forwarding, as recommended by Roon, I solved my problem. Thanks for your help.
