ARC constant initial sync error on all devices with both EA and production versions (ref#4H10NE)

Constant initial sync error on all devices and no matter of on EA or production version.

Describe your network setup

Mac Studio M1 stock up-to-date RoonServer. No betas. iPhone 13 and Samsung fold 6 running latest ARC
Router UPnP works
Connection and log in and Roon ARC test perfectly.

However, every time it syncs it fails and never gets through initial sync. I user Qobuz and have no local music just Roon playlist.

Based on the screenshot you attached and the diagnostic information enabled for your account, it appears that your phone is unable to reach our servers. This could be related to firewall, antivirus, network, or DNS issues.

Could you kindly clarify if you have any antivirus apps, VPNs, or firewall settings enabled on your phone or set up by your ISP?

We have seen users have a better experience in the past if they change their Router’s DNS servers from the ISP provided ones to Cloudflare DNS, Quad9 or Google DNS. Can you please give this a try and let me know if it helps?
